Chapter 1 : An Introduction to the Basics

The Business Model Canvas allows you to describe any business model based on nine fundamental building blocks. It’s a practical business tool to design, test, implement, and manage business models over their lifecycle.

Chapter 2 : Customer Segments

Customer segments are groups of people or organizations you are creating value for with one or more of your value propositions.

 

Chapter 3 : Value Proposition

Value propositions outline how your products and services create value for one or more of your customer segments..

 

Chapter 4 : Customer Relationships & Channels

Customer relationships describe how you acquire, retain, and grow each customer segment and what type of interaction you entertain with each of them. Channels describe all your customer interfaces through which you reach your customer segments, communicate with them, and how you deliver your value propositions

Chapter 5 : Key Resources, Activities and Partners

Key resources are the most important things you need to have or acquire in order for your business model to work. While Key activities are the most important things you need to be able to perform in order for your business model to work and key partnerships outline your network of partners and suppliers that leverage your business model and make it work.

Chapter 5 : Cost Structure & Revenue Streams

The cost structure describes all costs incurred from operating your business model while Revenue streams show how you earn money from your customer segments.
